ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in LaPlace, Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, in T-11-S, R-7-E, CARROLLWOOD SUBDIVISION, SECTION III, and more fully described as follows, to-wit:
LOT 87, SQUARE 3, is bounded by Hester Drive, Belle Terre Two (side), Fairway Drive (side), Longwood Drive (side) and Highland Drive, and measures 66.14 feet front on Hester Drive, by a depth on each sideline of 100 feet, with a width in the rear of 57.81 feet. All in accordance with plans of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc. dated June 21, 1973, more particularly shown on a survey of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc. dated August 11, 1976, and in accordance with a survey by Dading, Marques & Associates, Inc., dated March 30, 1989.
