The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
One certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision thereof known as River Forest Subdivision, located in Section 61, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, east of the Mississippi River, and according to a plan of subdivision by Aubrey G. Burke, C.E., dated May, 1971 said lot of ground is designated and more particularly described as follows:
Lot no. 100 of Square “B”, measures 80.00 feet front on Devon Road, by a depth of 173.60 feet along its western boundary bordering on a public road, and 173.60 feet along its eastern boundary bordering Lot No. 102 of Square “B” and 80.00 feet across the rear.
WRIT AMOUNT: $286,573.63
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
