BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 1/15/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
The following described property with all its component parts, including all rights ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging, as follows:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana and designated as Tract No. 5 on plan of survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated September 19, 1968, and according thereto said lot of ground is designated and described as follows:
LOT NO. 331 of SQUARE NO. 16 of RIVERLAND HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3, which said square is bounded by Fairway Drive, Madewood Drive, Acadia Drive and Ridgefield Drive, and said LOT NO. 331 commences at a distance of 278.63 feet from the corner of Ridgefield Drive and Fairway Drive and measures thence 70 feet front on Ridgefield Drive, the same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated January 20, 1972, resurveyed July 13, 1972 to show improvements, a copy of which is annexed to COB 78, folio 102, official records of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, except that the Southern boundary of said square is known as Kenilworth Drive.
WRIT AMOUNT: $206,086.05
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
