One certain lot or parcel of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision known as Belle Terre Two, River Oaks Subdivision, Phase IV, and designated on the official plan thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of said Parish and State, as Lot Number Two Hundred and Fifty-Eight (258), said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions and being subject to such servitudes and restrictions as are more particularly shown on said map.
WRIT AMOUNT: $281,769.33
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
