The following described property, with all its component parts, including all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereto belonging, as follows:
One certain lot or parcel of ground, situated in Palmetto Lakes Subdivision, Phase 5, Section 2, Palmetto south, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, being a resubdivision of a partition of a parcel from Riverwood Subdivision (formerly the Glade Subdivision), situated in Section 64, T-11-S, R-7-E, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, as shown on a plan of survey by Stephen P. Flynn dated September 4, 2003 and approved for subdivision by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on October 28, 2003, by ordinance No. 03-69, recorded as act No. 240646, map file No. 616, and is designated and more fully described as follows:
Lot 61, commencing 99.66 feet from a point along Derek Lane, thence measuring 65.73 feet front on Derek Lane to a point, thence measuring 120.00 feet along its St. Loupe Drive side to a point; thence measuring 66.69 feet in the rear along its Kerney court side to a point; thence measuring 120.00 feet along its Bamboo road side to the point of origination. All in accordance with the survey of Stephen P. Flynn, PLS dated April 6, 2004.
WRIT AMOUNT: $182,538.18
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
