ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, located in Sections 27 and 53, Township 12 South, Range 18 East, in that subdivision identified as SUGAR LANE ESTATES, PHASE 1, being shown on a plan of resubdivision approved by St. John the Baptist Parish as per Ordinance No. 05-58, recorded at Entry Number 26040, Map File No. 695, on November 10, 2005, and Phase 2 being shown on a plan of resubdivision approved by St. John the Baptist Parish as per Ordinance No. 06-34, recorded at Entry Number 267447, on August 7, 2006; and according thereto said lot is designated as LOT B28, said subdivision; said lot having such measurements and dimensions as are more fully shown on said subdivision plan.
WRIT AMOUNT: $181,441.26
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
