BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 2/27/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
One certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as New Era Plantation and designated as Lot No. 6 in Square “D”, bounded in Beryl Lane, Van Arpel Drive, Heather Lane and Tiffany Drive, and said lot commences at a distance of 300 feet from the corner of Tiffany Drive and Heather Lane and measures thence 60 feet front on Tiffany Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 98 feet between equal and parallel lines.
WRIT AMOUNT: $100,622.92
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
