OSCAR BROOKS & BAYTREE 52 UNIT INTERIOR RENOVATIONS

The St James Parish Housing Authority invites sealed bids from contractors for Unit Interior Renovations/Repairs of 52 apartments at two its complexes: namely, Oscar Brooks (2627 N. King Ave, Lutcher, LA) and Baytree (3375 Weber Drive, Vacherie, LA).
All bids are subject to State law and will be received until April 16, 2026, at 2:00PM CST and publicly opened, forthwith, at the main office, 2627 N. King Avenue, Lutcher, La 70071. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or deposit that is not less than five percent of the bid.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 @10:00 AM CDT at the main office in Lutcher, LA.

Section 3, Minority- and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. SJPHA reserves the right to reject any/or all bids, make the determination as to what is equal to the specifications and/or scope of work, or to waive any informality in the bids received, and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of SJPHA.
The cost of this notice is $53.10.
