ORDINANCE 26-13

Mrs. Hotard introduced the following ordinance.
Mr. Bailey proposed and Mr. Wright seconded the following ordinance.

St. John the Baptist Parish Council hereby ordains:

An ordinance approving excavation within Parish Rights-of-way for the installation of fiber optics along Derek Lane by municipal address 47 Derek Lane, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, LA (Permit No. 19444)

And approving excavation within Parish Rights-of-way for the installation of fiber optics along North Canterbury Drive by municipal address 303 North Canterbury Drive, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, LA (Permit No. 19449)

Unless specified, this ordinance becomes effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.

The above ordinance having been submitted to a vote; the vote thereon was as follows:

YEAS: Madere, Johnson, Torres, Duhe-Griffin, Houston, Arcuri, Bailey, Ramirez, Wright NAYS: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINING: None

The result of the vote on the ordinance was 9 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSENT, 0 ABSTAINING, and this ordinance was declared adopted on the 24th day of March 2026.
