BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 10/30/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, at LaPlace, Louisiana, forming part of Square 3 of the Subdivision of the front portion of LaPlace Plantation, and being particularly delineated and delineated and designated on a plan of LAPLACE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, made by Payne Engineering Company dated July 9, 1928, and reconstructed and redrawn by H.E. Landry, C.E., and Surveyor, dated May 11, 1940, a blue print copy of whereof is on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Recorder of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, which lot of ground is designated and thereon as:

LOT NO. EIGHT (8) OF SQUARE SEVEN-B (7-B) measuring 60 feet in width and front on Shell Street by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 120 feet and having a width at said depth of 60 feet, and is bounded on the front of East by Shell Street, on the wood side by Lot 6 of Square 7-B, on the river side by Lot 10 of Square 7-B and on the upper side by Lot 7 of Square 7-B. There is reserved for drainage a three (3’) foot strip of land located on the lower or eastern boundary of the presently described lot of ground.
