That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Summerlin Lake Subdivision, Phase 5, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, being a resubdivision of a partition of a parcel from Riverwood Subdivision into lots designated at Lot 1-17, Parcel A, Summerlin Lake Subdivision Phase 5- Tuscany Drive situated in Section 27, T-11-S, R-7-E, as shown on a plan of survey by Stephen P. Flynn and approved by the St. John the Baptist Council dated December 3, 2018 by Ordinance No. 18-35 recorded as Conveyance Instrument #362365, Map File # 920 in the records of the Parish of St. John the Baptist. All as more fully described as:
Lot 11, 195 Tuscany Drive, LaPlace, LA 70068 in accordance with the survey of Stephen P. Flynn, PLS.
