BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 11/5/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of ST. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, known as Lot 112 of Belle Terre III, Live Oak Landing, Phase 3, as shown on the plat of resubdivision by Stephen P. Flynn, P.L.S., dated May 26, 1999, last revised March 8, 2000, and filed as COB 369 folio 335, Entry No. 205784, Map File No. 539, in the office of the Clerk of Court in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana.
Lot Number 112 measures 45.21 feet fronting on Oak Shadow Court to a point, thence commencing an additional 43.66 feet along a curve having a radius of 50 feet fronting on Oak Shadow Court to a point, by a depth of 150 feet along the sideline of Lot 113 to a point, thence having a width in the rear 47.31 feet along a curve having a radius of 200 feet to a point, thence commencing 65.22 feet along the sideline of Lot 110 to a point, thence commencing 95.80 feet along a curve having a radius of 569.20 feet along the sideline of Lot 111 to the point of beginning. All as more fully shown on a recent survey by Stephen P. Flynn, dated October 31, 2001, a copy which is annexed hereto and made a part thereof.
