The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
One certain lot or portion of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Riverland Heights No. 3 Subdivision, and according to print of survey of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated July 12, 1968, said lot is designated and measures as follows:
Lot 401, Square 11, commencing at a distance of 220 feet from the corner of Ridgefield Drive and Corrine Court and measuring thence 70 feet front on Corrine Court by a depth of 110.64 feet between equal and parallel lines.
WRIT AMOUNT: $147,801.25
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
