BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 11/24/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as CAMBRIDGE PLACE SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of Sections 25, 26, 65 and 66, T 11 S, R 7 E, all in accordance with a plan of subdivision by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated January 10, 1978, approved by resolution of the St. John the Baptist Police Jury on April 15, 1978, registered in COB 129, folio 243, according to which said lots are designated and measures as follows, to-wit:
