Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Laplace, Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in SUGAR RIDGE SUBDIVISION NO. 2, PHASE ONE, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit:
LOT 419, commences at a distance of 375.0 feet from the intersection of Amy Drive and Fairway Drive, measuring thence 55.00 feet front on Amy Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 95.96 feet on Alicia Drive sideline and 95.34 feet on the opposite sideline. All in accordance with the survey by Dading, Marques & Associates, Inc, dated July 29, 1996; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting property.
WRIT AMOUNT: $110,208.44
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
