BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 3/27/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that subdivision thereof known as BELLE TERRE TWO, PHASE 2, being a resubdivision of a portion of Section 68, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, and according to the plan of survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated April 8, 1977, said lot of ground is more particularly described as follows:
LOT NO. 188 of SQUARE NO. 11, commences at a distance of 77.66 feet from the intersection of St. Andrews Boulevard and Champions Drive and measure thence 75 feet front along Champions Drive, a width in the rear of 75 feet, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on the plan of survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated June 23, 1977; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: $153,487.20
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
