BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 11/5/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the PARISH OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in LAPLACE, in that part thereof known as RIVERLAND HEIGHTS SECTION NO. 6 SUBDIVISION, said portion of ground being designated and measuring as follows: LOT 872 commencing at a distance of 72.79 feet from the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Lafayette Street and measures thence 60.00 feet front on Lafayette Street, same width in the rear by a depth of 100.00 feet between equal and parallel lines.
