BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 8/16/2024, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, located in Section 68, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern Land District of Louisiana, in the Town of LaPlace, in that part thereof known as BELLE TERRE SUBDIVISION (PART TWO), designated as LOT 45 of SQUARE 7 on the plan of survey made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated July 29, 1976, a copy of which is annexed to COB 102, folio 623, official records of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, and according thereto said lot measures 80 feet front on Oak Tree Drive, a width in the rear of 105.73 feet, by a depth on the sideline fronting on Carmel Valley Drive of 113.06 feet and a depth on the opposite sideline of 124.38 feet; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: $204,970.98
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
