BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 1/8/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, in a subdivision situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, Louisiana, in a subdivision situated within Lot “B” of Tract “G”, New Era Plantation, in Sections 19 and 72, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, which subdivision is designated as Unit 2, La Place Park, on plan by H.E. Landry, SR. C.E., dated August 21, 1957, a copy of which has been approved by the Police Jury, Parish of St. John the Baptist, and is of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court, and according thereto said lot is designated and measure as follows:
LOT 38, SQUARE 17, measures 60 feet front on Gardenia Street, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines.

Landry, St., C.E., dated August 21, 1957, a copy of which has been approved by the Police Jury, Parish of St. John the Baptist, and is of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court, and according thereto said lot is designated and measures as follows:
