That portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in section 19, Township 11, South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District, East of the Mississippi River, in that part thereof known as New Era Plantation Subdivision, being a portion of Lot H of New Era Plantation, all in accordance with a place of resubdivision of Harris and Varisco, C.E. dated November 20, 1978 and approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish policy jury on December 22, 1979, and the revised plan of February 2, 1979, approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish policy jury February 22, 1979, and the final plan of November 28, 1979, approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish policy jury November 29, 1979.
