BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 2/3/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Section 19, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, in a subdivision situated in Lot “B” of Tract “G” of New Era Plantation, which subdivision is designated as unit one, Laplace Park, according to a plan of Henry F. Landry, Sr., CE, dated July 9, 1956, a copy of which has been approved by the Police Jury of St. John the Baptist Parish, and is of record in the office of the clerk of court, said lot being designated and measures as follows:
Lot no. 6, Square 4, beginning 300 feet from the intersection of Lark Street and Magnolia Avenue and measuring thence in a northerly direction a distance of 60 feet front on Magnolia Avenue, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines.
