Stack, P.L.S., dated May 9, 1997, registered as Map File No. 449, official records of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on May 27, 1997, by Ordinance No. 97-54, registered as Entry No. 180486.
