The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana in that part thereof known as Belle Point Plantation Subdivision No. 2, and being more fully described as follows, to-wit:
Lot no. 293, commences at a distance of 433.03 feet from the intersection of Grant Street and Houma Drive, thence measuring 60 feet front on Houma Drive, same width in the rear by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with a survey by Dading, Marques & Associates, Inc., dated January 23, 1996.
WRIT AMOUNT: $75,260.98
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
