BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 3/10/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

The following described property, with all its component parts, including all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging, as follows:

THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as CAMBRIDGE PLACE SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of portions of Sections 25, 26, 65 and 66, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, all in accordance with the plan of survey thereof by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated January 10, 1978, approved by resolution of the St. John the Baptist Parish Police Jury on April 13, 1978, registered in COB 124, folio 248, official records of St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, and designated and measures as follows, to-wit:

LOT NO. 46 OF SQUARE NO. 20, measures 50 feet front on Concord Drive (Concordia Drive as posted on street sign), the same width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with the survey by Gerald Swanson, Land Surveyor, dated September 20, 1982, revised March 1, 1983, and resurveyed March 27, 1985. In accordance with the survey of Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., dated February 15, 1993, the lot has the same location and measurements and commences at a distance of 655 feet from the corner of St. Andrews Boulevard and Concord Drive (as per approved subdivision plan) (Concordia drive as per street sign and mailing address) measures 50 feet front on Concord Drive (as per approved subdivision plan) (Concordia drive as per street sign and mailing address), the same width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines.
