BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 8/21/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

THAT CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, designated as RIDGEWOOD DEVELOPMENT, PARCEL GI, RIVERWOOD SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of a portion of Farm Lot I Woodland Plantation, situated in Section 64, T-II-5, R-7-E, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, as shown on plan of survey by Harold l. Flynn, P.L.S., dated December, 1995, a copy of which is attached to an act filed in Entry No. 169802 and approved for subdivision by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on November 28, 1995, by Ordinance No. 95-74, recorded at COB 327, folio 169, Act No. 169537 on December 12, 1955, St. John the Baptist Parish; and further by resubdivision by David C. Murla, Registered Professional Engineer, dated May 22, 1966, filed in Map File #423, designated as RIDGEWOOD DEVELOPMENT, PARCEL, GI. RIVERWOOD SUBDIVISION and approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on June 11, 1996, by Ordinance No. 96-41, and designated as RIDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION, PARCEL CI, recorded at COB 331, folio 309, Act No, 173186 on July 1, 1996, St. John the Baptist Parish, said lot is described as follows:

LOT 1, 46.43 feet on Ridgewood Drive to a point; thence fronts an additional 41.85 feet on Ridgewood Drive and Indigo Parkway to a point; thence measures 100.17 feet on Indigo Parkway to a point; thence measures 74.03 feet in the rear to a point; thence measures 118.88 feet to the point of origination. All in accordance with the survey of Lucien C. Gassen, PLS, dated July 16, 1996; added improvements October 29, 1996; updated November 26, 1996. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
