ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in St. John the Baptist Parish, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as RIVER GLEN SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of a portion of Sections 14 and 15, Township 11 South, Range 6 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River in accordance with the plan of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 16, 1978, approved by the Police Jury of St. John the Baptist Parish. Further by resubdivision of Lots 26 through 34, Square A, and Lots 39 through 53, Square C into Lots 26A through 28A, 28B, 29A through 53A, Square C, as per resubdivision plat of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 16, 1978, approved by the Police Jury of St. John the Baptist Parish and filed in Map File No. 163. Said lot is designated as LOT NO. 28B, SQUARE A, said lot having the same shape and measurements shown on the subdivision plan.
