THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Riverland Heights No. 2 Subdivision, said lot or portion of ground being designated and measures as follows:
Lot No. 217, Square 1, 929 Madewood Drive, commencing at the intersection of Ormond Boulevard and Madewood Drive, thence measuring 35.69 feet along Madewood Drive to an iron peg, thence measuring 40.93 feet along Madewood Drive to an iron peg, thence measuring 110 feet in depth along the 100 foot utility and drainage servitude side, thence measuring 66.83 feet in the rear along the Bellevue Drive side and thence measuring 109.82 feet in depth along the Ormond Boulevard side to the point of origination. All in accordance with the print of J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated February 19, 1976 and resurveyed on April 7, 1976 to show improvements and certified correct at the request of Mississippi River Development Corporation by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc.
