BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 8/5/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, prescription and prescriptive rights, both liberative and acquisitive, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, on the descending West Bank of the Mississippi River, and being designated as Lot 2 on a plan of subdivision known as “Castle Estates”, made by Lucien C. Gassen, Land Surveyor, dated June 1, 1974, and revised on August 28, 1974, and recorded on COB 89, folio 678, under Entry No. 48762, of the conveyance records of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana. According to said plan of subdivision, Lot No. 2 measures one hundred feet front on a street known as Castle Drive and measures 129.16 feet on its Northern boundary, and 129.04 feet on its Southern boundary and has a width in the rear of one hundred feet and is bounded as follows, to-wit: North by Lot No. 1 of said subdivision, East by the property of the heirs of Henry Johnson, South by Lot No. 3 of said subdivision, and West by the Eastern boundary of Castle Drive on which it fronts.

TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
