BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 5/2/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF LAND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as RIVER FOREST SUBDIVISION, in SQUARE “K” thereof, all as per plan of said subdivision by Aubrey G. Burke, dated May, 1971, on file in the Office of the Clerk of Court, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, and according to said plan, said lot is designated as LOT 22 and measure as follows:

Said LOT 22 measures 80.00 feet front on Windsor Drive (also known as Windsor Street), the same width in the rear, by a depth on its southwestern sideline of 144.50 feet, and a depth on its northeastern sideline of 145.20 feet.
