Bids shall be addressed to the St. John the Baptist Parish Purchasing and Procurement. Bid envelopes shall be sealed, display the name, address, and Louisiana State Contractor’s License Number of the bidder, and be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “BID NO.
2026.12 RESERVE RELIEF HOMEWOOD PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS”. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M. Local Time, June 22, 2026, in the St. John the Baptist Parish Government Complex Council Chambers, 1811 W. Airline Highway, LaPlace, LA 70068.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for Reserve Relief Homewood Pump Station Replacement and Drainage Improvements at St. John the Baptist Parish Council Chambers located at 1811 W. Airline Highway, Laplace, LA 70068, on June 9, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Site visit will occur immediately following the mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site referenced above.

p.montz@Stjohn-la.gov no later than 10:00 A.M. local time on June 12, 2026.
Attention of Bidders is called particularly to the requirements for conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract (Davis-Bacon Act), Section 3 (Low Income Resident Participation) of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Section 109 (Non-Discrimination) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Section 503 (Non-Discrimination Against Employees with Disabilities) and Section 504 (Non-Discrimination Against Individuals with Disabilities) of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Segregated Facilities, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements.
