BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 8/26/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
One certain lot of ground, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Palmetto Lakes Subdivision, Phase IV, being a resubdivision of a partition of a parcel from Riverwood Subdivision (formerly The Glade Subdivision), Parcel 5 of Palmetto Lakes, Phase III, Riverwood Subdivision and a portion of Indigo Parkway, located in Section 64, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, as shown on a plan of survey by Stephen P. Flynn, dated February 3, 2003, and approved for subdivision by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on February 25, 2003 by Ordinance No. 03-14, recorded as Act No. 234253, Map File No. 600, and is designated and more fully described as follows:
Lot 146 commences 67.19 feet from a point along Chartres Court, thence measures 65.00 feet front on Chartres Court to a point; thence measures 120.00 feet along its Parcel D-1 side to a point; thence measures 65.00 feet in the rear along its Gail Drive side to a point; and thence measures 120.00 feet along its Derek Lane side to the point of commencement. All in accordance with the survey of Stephen P. Flynn, PLS, dated March 18, 2003.
WRIT AMOUNT: $148,653.99
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
