One (1) certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in that subdivision of the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, known as Belle Point Plantation Subdivision, number three (3), and being designated on the official subdivision map, on file and of record in the office of the clerk and recorder for said parish and state, as lot number four hundred seventeen (417), said subdivision; said lot having such measurements and dimensions as shown on said map.
WRIT AMOUNT: $84,839.39
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
