BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 10/27/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in SUMMERLIN LAKE SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, being a resubdivision of a partition of a parcel from Riverwood Subdivision into lots designated as Parcel A and Lots 1-92, situated in Section 64, T-11-S, R-7-E, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, as shown on a plan of survey by Stephen P. Flynn dated August 18, 2004 and approved for subdivision by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on June 14, 2005, by Ordinance No. 05-36, recorded as Act No. 258326, Map File No. 691, and is designated and more fully described as follows:
LOT 25, 50 TUSCANY DRIVE, LAPLACE, commencing1499.72 feet from a point along Tuscany Drive, thence measuring 65.00 feet front on Tuscany Drive to a point; thence measuring 120.00 feet along its Lot 26 side to a point; thence measuring 65.00 feet in the rear along its Parcel H side to a point; thence measuring 120.00 feet along its U. S. Highway 51 side to the point origination. All in accordance with the survey of Stephen P. Flynn, PLS, dated June 20, 2005.
WRIT AMOUNT: $153,000.53
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
