BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 10/9/2023, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining situated in the PARISH OF St. John The Baptist, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in that area known as HOPE PLANTATION SUBDIVISION and designated as LOT “X”, all in acocrdance with the plan of resubdivision of a portion of original Lot 10 into LOTS “X” and “Y”, by R.P. Bernard, L.S., dated 9/17/98 as approved by the Parish Planning & Zoning Department filed for record as Entry No. 191201 on 9/24/98.
Said LOT “X” has the same location and dimensions as reflected on the above referenced survey; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: $101,491.99
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
