BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 4/23/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:

ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, forming a part of the CORNLAND ADDITION (said Comland Addition being a subdivision of a portion of Tracts 24, 25 and 26 of Cornland Plantation Subdivision, which tracts are delineated and designated on a map showing the subdivision of the Cornland Plantation made by Frank T. Payne, Civil Engineer, on May 10th, 1938, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Recorder of the Parish of St. John the Baptist under the Original Act Number 6022, which map is hereby made a part hereof by reference) and being more particularly delineated and designated on a map of CORNLAND ADDITION made by Jefferson Engineering Company, Civil Engineers and Surveyors, dated Gretna, Louisiana, February 22nd, 1932, a photostatic copy whereof is annexed to an act to George A. Lasseigne, et als, passed on July 2nd, 1938 before Claude Harold Levet, Notary Public, and is on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk of Court and Ex-Officio Recorder of this Parish under Original Act Number 6021, and which map is hereby made a part hereof by reference, as:

LOT NUMBER TWENTY-FIVE (25) in SQUARE NUMBER ONE (1) of the CORNLAND ADDITION, measuring Eighty (80’) feet front on Central Avenue, and having a depth of One Hundred Forty and 87/100 (140.87’) feet extending therefrom on its river or South side line and having a depth of One Hundred Forty and 63/100 (140.63’) feet extending therefrom on its woods or North side line, and having a width of Eighty (80’) feet on its rear line or Western Boundary line; bounded on its lower side or East by the said Central Avenue, on its river side or South by Lot Number 24, on its upper side or West by Tract Number 23 of the Cornland Plantation Subdivision belonging to Hotard, and on its woods side or North by Lot Number 26.
