ORDINANCE 26-45

Mrs. Hotard introduced the following ordinance.
Mr. Wright proposed and Mrs. Ramirez seconded the following ordinance.
St. John the Baptist Parish Council hereby ordains:
An ordinance approving excavation within Parish Rights-of-way for the installation of gas lines along West 2nd Street, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, LA (Permit No. 19730)
And approving excavation within Parish Rights-of-way for the installation of gas lines along St. Andrews Boulevard, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, LA (Permit No. 19731)
And approving excavation within Parish Rights-of-way for the installation of gas lines in Live Oak Landing Subdivision, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, LA (Permit No. 19732)
And approving excavation within Parish Rights-of-way for the installation of gas lines along Sycamore Loop, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, LA (Permit No. 19733)
Unless specified, this ordinance becomes effective five (5) days after publication in the Official Journal.
The above ordinance having been submitted to a vote; the vote thereon was as follows:
YEAS: Madere, Johnson, Torres, Duhe-Griffin, Arcuri, Houston, Bailey, Ramirez, Wright NAYS: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINING: None
The result of the vote on the ordinance was 9 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSENT, 0 ABSTAINING, and this ordinance was declared adopted on the 23rd day of June 2026.
