The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
A certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, being a resubdivision of a portion of the LaPlace Plantation, Section 66 and 67, T 11 S, R 7 E, east of the Mississippi River, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, State of Louisiana, in Riverland Heights Section 7, in accordance with the subdivision plan of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated July 25, 1986, recorded in map file #201, said piece or portion of ground is designated as follows:
Lot 1075, Square 36, 701 Lemoyne Drive, LaPlace, commencing 308.00 feet from the intersection of LeMoyne Drive and Golfview Drive, thence measuring 60 feet front on LeMoyne Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with the survey of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated October 29, 1987.
WRIT AMOUNT: $102,229.94
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
