Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. john the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Section 44, T 11 S, R7E, designated as a portion of Lot C of the Audiffred Partition on the left descending bank of the Mississippi River, having a frontage of approximately 84.00 feet along the right of way of Jefferson Highway, same width in the rear, by a depth extending from the right of way of Jefferson Highway to the right of way of the Yazoo & Mississippi Valley Railroad as shown on survey dated March 10, 1955; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: $160,487.31
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
