BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 5/4/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
ONE CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, designated as RIDGEWOOD DEVELOPMENT, PARCEL G1, RIVERWOOD SUBDIVISION, being a resubdivision of a portion of Farm Lot 1 of Woodland Plantation, situated in Section 64, T-11-S, R-7-E, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, Laplace, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, as shown on a plan of survey by Harold J. Flynn, PLS, dated December 1995, a copy of which is attached to an act filed in Entry No. 169802, and approved for subdivision by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on November 28, 1995 by Ordinance No. 95-74, recorded at COB 327, folio 169, Act No. 169357 on December 12, 1995, St. John the Baptist Parish; and further by resubdivision by David C. Murla, registered Professional Engineer, dated May 22, 1996, filed in Map File #423, designated as RIVERWOOD DEVELOPMENT, PARCEL G1, RIVERWOOD SUBDIVISION and approved by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on June 11, 1996 by Ordinance No. 96-41, and designated as RIDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION, PARCEL G1, recorded at COB 331, folio 309, Act No. 173186 on July 1, 1996, St. John the Baptist Parish, said lot is designated as LOT 13 and is more fully described as follows:
LOT 13 measures 41.00 feet front on Sonora Court to a point, having a further front of 31.42 feet along an arc having a radius of R-20’; having a depth on its sideline closer to Oxford a distance of 89.31 feet; having a depth on its opposite sideline a distance of 109.31 feet, and a width in the rear of 61.00 feet.
Which has the address of 27 Sonora Court, La Place, LA 70068.

TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
