BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 8/14/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITH appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated east of the Mississippi River is Section 68, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, LaPlace Plantation, St. John the Baptist Parish, State of Louisiana, in Belle Terre II, Phase V, in accordance with the plan of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated March 21, 1978, said piece or portion of ground is designated as follows:
Lot 687, commencing 765.72 feet from the intersection of Country Club Drive and St. Andrews Boulevard, thence measuring 75.00 feet front on Country Club Drive, the same width in the rear, between equal and parallel lines of 110.00 feet. All in accordance with the survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated July 23, 1992; resurveyed August 21, 1992.
Having a municipal address of 2268 Country Club Dr., LaPlace, Louisiana 70068.
WRIT AMOUNT: $159,274.30
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
