BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 11/18/2025, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
Plaintiff’s mortgage and/or privilege affects the following described property, to-wit:
TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, in the Southeastern District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, designated as Melius Subdivision Extension No. 3, according to the plan of Landry Engineering Company, dated July 30, 1969, a copy of which is of record, said piece or portion of ground is designated and measures as follows:
Lot No. 5, SQUARE 9, beginning 339.99 feet from the intersection of Second Street and 25th Street and measuring thence in a northerly direction 84.99 feet front on 25th Street by a depth on its South sideline of 78.55 feet, a depth on its North sideline of 77.80 feet and a width in the rear of 85 feet.
Lot No. 6, SQUARE 9, beginning 424.98 feet from the intersection of Second Street and 25th Street and measuring thence in a northerly direction 85 feet front on 25th Street by a depth on its South sideline of 77.80 feet, a depth on its North sideline of 77.05 feet and a width in the rear of 85.00 feet; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
