THAT CERTAIN PIECE OF PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated at Edgard, in the PARISH OF ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST, LOUISIANA, on the right bank of the Mississippi River, said lot commences at Two Thousand Twenty-Eight feet (2028’) from the public road and measuring ninety-six feet (96’) in width by a depth of fifty (50’) feet; bounded in front by the property of Pierre Young, on the upper line by the property of James J. Carreras, on the lower line by the property of Newton Dinvaut and in the rear by the property of Joseph Williams (“Property”).
WRIT AMOUNT: $93,825.14
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
