BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 4/28/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with ail the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known a BELLE POINT PLANTATION SUBDIVISION NO. 1, being a resubdivision of a portion of Belle Pointe Plantation, Section 91, 92, 93, 100 and 101, Township 11 South, Range 7 East, of the Southeast Land District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, and in accordance with the survey by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated November 30, 1977, said piece or portion-of-ground is designated and measures as follows:
LOT 102, SQUARE 3, is bounded by Natchez Lane, Lee Drive, Belle Pointe Blvd. and Sunny Side Drive and commences at a distance of 305 feet from the intersection of Natchez Lane and Lee Drive and measures thence 60 feet front on Natchez Lane, same width in the rear by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in accordance with a survey by Surveys, Inc., dated July 11, 1985.
