BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 3/3/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
THAT PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated, in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Riverland Heights Subdivision, said portion being designated as Lot 193, Square 1, which square is bounded by Ridgefield Drive, Riverland Heights Boulevard, Madewood Road, Bellevue Drive, 100’ Utility & drainage servitude and Greenwood Drive and Lot 193 commences at a distance of 488.11 feet from the corner of Greenwood Drive and Ridgefield Drive and measures thence 70 feet front on Ridgefield Drive by a depth between equal and parallel lines of 120 feet. All in accordance with print of survey by J. J. Krebs & Sons, inc., dated June 3, 1986.
