BY VIRTUE OF AND IN OBEDIENCE to a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued by the Fortieth Judicial District Court, in and for the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in the above entitled and numbered cause, bearing date of 5/14/2026, I will proceed to sell to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction WITHOUT appraisement in the Administrative Parish Building (Council Chambers), 1811 West Airline Highway, LaPlace, Louisiana on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. the following described property, to-wit:
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
A certain piece or portion of ground, situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of St. John the Baptist, in Riverland Heights, Unit No. 3 Subdivision, said portion of ground being being designated and measures as follows:
Lot 329, Square 16, which square is bounded by Ridgefield Drive, Fairway Drive, Acadia Drive, Madewood Drive and Kenilworth Drive; said lot commences at a distance of 138.63 feet from the corner of Fairway Drive and Ridgefield Drive and measures thence 70 feet front on Ridgefield Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110 feet between equal and parallel lines; all in accordance with a print of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated January 28, 1973, redated May 31, 1973. According to a survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., dated June 22, 1991, a copy of which is annexed to an act recorded at COB 248, folio 30, said lot has the same location, designation and measurements as set out above.
WRIT AMOUNT: $164,781.52
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
