The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Palmetto Lakes Subdivision, Phase IV, St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, being a resubdivision of a partition of a parcel from Riverwood Subdivision (formerly The Glade Subdivision), Parcel 5 of Palmetto Lakes, Phase III, Riverwood Subdivision and a portion of Indigo Parkway, situated in Section 64, T-11-S, R-7-E, Southeast District of Louisiana, East of the Mississippi River, LaPlace, St. John the Baptist Parish, as shown on a plan of survey by Stephen P. Flynn dated February 3, 2003 and approved for subdivision by the St. John the Baptist Parish Council on February 25, 2003, by Ordinance No. 03-14, recorded as Act No. 234253, Map File No. 600, and is designated and more fully described as follows:
Lot 124, 159 Palmetto Road, LaPlace, commencing at a portion along Palmetto Road, thence measuring 65.00 feet front on Palmetto Road to a point; thence measuring 120.00 feet along its Lasseigne Canal side to a point; thence measuring 65.00 feet in the rear along its Ridgewood Drive side to a point; thence measuring 120.00 feet along its Indigo Parkway side to the point of origination. All in accordance with the survey of Stephen P. Flynn, PLS, dated May 16, 2003.
WRIT AMOUNT: $71,433.19
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
