A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, means, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, in Riverland Heights No. 3 Subdivision; said portion of ground being designated and measuring as follows:
Lot 346, Square 16, commencing at a distance of 350.00 feet from the corner of Acadia Drive and Kenilworth Drive, thence measuring 70.00 feet front on Acadia Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 110.00 feet between equal and parallel lines; all in accordance with print of J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc. dated March 15, 1972, re-dated August 25, 1972.
WRIT AMOUNT: $105,197.43
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
