ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, situated in the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana, designated as LOT 3, SQUARE “K” of NEW ERA PLANTATION SUBDIVISION on the plan of survey by Richard T. Dading, Incorporation, dated January 26, 1987, a copy of which is annexed to COB 219, folio 330, and according thereto said lot commences at a distance of 120.00 feet from the corner of Tiffany Drive and Fairway Drive and measures thence 60.00 feet front on Tiffany Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 98.00 feet between equal and parallel lines; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
WRIT AMOUNT: $69,393.13
TERMS: Certified funds or letter of credit, subject to any security interest, mortgage, lien, or privilege thereon superior to that of the seizing creditor.
